It was 2004 when I shot my last gun season deer. I get off of work and after setting wall panels all day for a pour tomorrow am a whooped puppy and told my wife I'm not going to go hunting. Then the phone rings and my buddy says deer are running everywhere. So now I'm going hunting lol.I get set up in the thicket that my ground blind is in and watch the crp ground in front of me.all of a sudden I see two deer running right to me. They turn broadside at about forty yards to run into the thicket when I shoot. He went about sixty yards. For all those hours spent in the blind this year it sure nice to finally get one. Damn that was fun lol!!!
