Once the snow melts in the spring. You would see 500+ carcasses between ashtablula and E. Liverpool on RT 11.

The traffic is somewhat light so the deer think nothing of crossing it.

Hebbardsville..
I work for odot in district 10, and yeah the section of 50 between Cooleville and athens is bad! Also, if anyone is familiar with the Nelsonville bypass, you would be suprised how many deer get hit on that stretch. Even with that deer fence all the way around.

I miss the way it was years ago before they put that bypass in. It just wasn't the same when I first went down there after they did that.

Smoked a doe the Monday after Gun season last year in my Ford Focus, the thing that sucks is I had just paid off that car and lowered the insurance on it. :tantrum: I was driving in Portage county on Rt 225, always see deer there. Just kept on driving like nothing happened, I would have stopped but it was pitch black and I didn't feel like dying for a slick head. Don't worry I still have the Focus, just with a dented hood and no Ford emblem, haha.
