What kind of berry?

I'll go out on a limb & say elderberry ? I remember seeing bushes years ago that had something similar now that I think about it, so I dunno.

I think it may be choke cherry. The bark is smooth like a cherry tree. Or wild black cherry.

Choke cherry or wild cherry. they grow on trees. the above picture of the elderberry is right, they grow on a bush.
choke cherries supposed make cattle sick. or is it horses sick. After a real windy night at the beginning of archery, every deer came to one place with a lot of these cherry trees and went nuts eating them.

I'm checking to make sure. The leaves are throwing me off. The bark says cherry I'm just not sure what kind or if it's edible. I'll let you know tomorrow for sure.
I was wrong but not by much as it can be misidentified as a wild black cherry tree lol. It is a European buckthorn tree and it is an invasive tree. Here is a good link for you to read that I found.

The guy I asked told me it looked like some sort of mulberry and I knew that wasn't right so, I went looking and figured it out lol. Sounds like from reading they should all be cut down lol.
And then treated with something. Because just cutting them down will actually help make them stronger. (That's what I got from reading the link)
