Its all bullshit anymore. I don't even listen to any of the "country" stations on the radio anymore. I have an FM transmitter in the truck that plugs into my phone and I play my country stations on Pandora.

Sirius Radio: Prime Country or Outlaw Country is where it's at. Y2Kountry is decent from time to time.

Country ain't country anymore! Sucks major ass!

Amen. I'm a bluegrass guy any more. I have a Pandora station that kicks ass. Lots of Flat & Scruggs, Cash, Alison Krauss, and several newer folk type groups I enjoy. Garth was one of the only country artists I got behind.

They started a new station in our area, Hank 101.5 that plays all the old stuff. The amount of commercials on over the air radio drives me nuts though. Anymore I just turn on pandora and let it roll.

Country has sucked so bad the past 3 years or so that I've been listening to nothing but classic rock! If someone says there's a new cool country tune I'll check it out. When I do listen to country it's usually 60's thru early 2000's though but mostly redneck outlaw country stuff!

ETC,Hag,JC,Willie and Waylon,Bosephus,Jones and John Conley were some of my faves played over the Beverly IGA radio where I worked back in 1981-83.

All music these days sucks. You can flip through thousands of radio stations and not find anything new thats worth listening to. My pandora basically stays on Aaron Lewis most of the time. It ventures over to Too Short every now and then, lol.

Garth is a d-bag also… I hate him and can't wait for the day George Strait kicks his ass.

Old Crow, Devil Makes Three, Trampled By Turtles, Flatt nd Scruggs, Steeldrivers, Infamous String Dusters, Yonder Mountain String Band, Hackensaw Boys. . . There are a few to check out Cotty. Guys on TOO turned me onto a few of them. Clicked their stations on iHeart radio and found a few more.

Carolina Chocolate Drops are a different sound. Not sure I would call them bluegrass though. There is always Mumford and Son and a handful of others as well. Hank III isn't truly bluegrass in my eyes but you might like him. He is more a cross between Kid Rock, Pantera, and his grandpa in my mind. He is musically confused. Lol
