You start out with a 1/2-3/4 pound meat ball and a can of beer.

Next you smash the beer can into the meatball and form the meat around the can.

Then you wrap two pieces of bacon around the meat. This acts as a glue and will hold the meat together.

You then pull the can of beer out of the mountain of meat and bacon you have created. It leaves a pocket that might need a little extra forming but you get the idea.

While doing this off to the side you have whatever you want sauteing on the griddle. We chose onions, mushrooms, and red and green bell peppers.

Once you are done sauteing you fill the form that you created by pulling the can of beer out of the meatball. Then top off the sauteed treats with chunk and shredded cheese. Cook for about an hour with indirect heat.

Waiting on them to finish cooking.

Dude after last weekend I realized I love my smoker but needed something a little more manageable for quick meals like this one. Save the big smoker for larger orders, and fugg propane unless I need something done in 15-20 minutes.
