Well, my kids are on me about buying a camper, AGAIN. So I'm thinking about selling my quad to get us something. I have NO idea what the thing is worth, is there some places to find out what the local prices on these things are?

2012 or 2013
Polaris Sportsman XP EPS
550
3,500 lb warn winch
I've got a nice set of wheels and mud tires to go with if price is right
Spare belt
851 miles
256.6 hours
Charcoal and black
Used but not overused, plastic is still nice

Some pictures might help you get a buyer.

I'm more interested in trying to figure out what it's worth at this point. I'm not gonna sell it if it's not worth selling (if that makes sense). I already know I'm going to loose my ass on the deal because I bought it in AK, and AK prices are stupid.

Aftermarket ITP SS's with 27x10 and 27x12 Mud lites. The ones pictured with the quad on the trailer. I bet I only have 250 miles on them.

Ugh…thats exactly half of what I got into the thing. Enough to make me want to puke. It seriously is just sitting there though… Thanks for your help, I'll list it here first if I decide to let it go.

I've done a ton of searching the last couple days, not many of these on the used market. I've never had any problems with it. Clutch is a little noisy (clacks when you lets off), but so is every other one. It quiets down once you ride it a minute. I'm sure if it got used every day it'd go away completely. I bet I've put less than 50 miles on it the last year.

If anyone is interested…money always helps a guy make up his mind! That and a giant bouncing rack...

To help find a realistic selling price, get on ebay. You can do a search of completed listings. This is one way I determine a selling price for something at times. You just need to take the location into the equation. Sometimes certain areas command more money than others. Snow plows in MI don't bring the money they do in KY for example. Less used plows available in KY. Not sure if there is a geographic price variation on quads or not.

There is Phil. Everyone has a bike down here, so it is harder to command top dollar. Giles needs to find some city slicker who needs a quad in his garage. lmao

That is what I wasn't sure about. Seems like my cousins in SE KY always get great deals on used quads. Probably because every garage has one or two in it. More saturated used quad market will bring the prices down. Not as common up here to have a quad in every garage. Only every 4th or 5th garage. lol

Maybe I'll throw it on CL for some retarded price and see what happens. I know you can buy a new one for around $8,000. I'll clean it up and put those nice wheels and tires on it and take some "cool guy" pictures.
