I was playing around with the Hornady Ballistic calculator with my new 22 TCM rifle. I'll be shooting a 40 gr. bullet at 2800 FPS. I wanted to see how high I needed to be sighted in at 100 yds. to be dead on at 200 yds. It shows I need be 2.4" high at 100 yds. Then all I have to do is aim for the chest kill zone and I'm be able to go to 225 yds. and never be off plus or minus 2.5" at any range.
At 200 yds. I'll still have 1968 FPS and 322 pounds of energy. Going to be a fun light weight varmint rifle.http://www.hornady.com/ballistics-resource/ballistics-calculator
