No. I backed up and threw the bino's on him. 6 inch's and some very fat bases.. I was a little shocked myself.. Trust me.. 30 years hunting them and a degree from Hocking.. Again I was surprised.

From what I've noticed and read over the years bucks shed and start new growth at different times throughout winter and spring. It's no surprise to me that some bucks have already started to grow just as some bucks have shed both sides for 2-3 months already.

It also sounds like this buck is going to be a dandy TOO!

You guys are a tough crowd!! LOL

I just was throwing that tid bit of info out there so you guys would know I wasn't some squid that didn't know what I was talking about.. Then again I did go to Hocking....

The deer was at the Midland facility east of Cincy.. Anyone on the east side should know where I'm talking about.

So what is your degree in? I went to hocking for a year, pretty much partied the whole time and never accomplished anything. I was going for wildlife management.

Don't mind us any...... Most of us have no idea what to do when it's in the "Almost Deer Season Period". Sounds like your buck could be a Real Hog this year. Make sure your minerals are re-stocked if he's growing this fast.

HA! I always told people this about me: If I ignore you, I don't like you. If I bust your balls, it means you're alright. Even for someone who went to Hocking! lmao

(OU alum here!)

BS51.... Fish & Wild... You either spent to much time at the Mine or OU... I spent a lot of time at OU playing intermural sports under another name..LOL Or drinking to much at OU.. But I made it though..

That Buck was just on the side of the road. Not hunt able for me.

I had a few cams out but I just lost 2 Cam's on my property. (Fuc+ers) They were a Moltrie M-80
