A buddy sent me this pic.
Said they were taken doing drives.
Not sure when it was but that is a bunch of yotes.
Seems like nowadays you can put more yotes on the gamepole than deer.

I wish I could find the pictures of the yotes and the group I hunted with back in the late 90s. It our group with 62 coyotes spread out. We just tracked and pushed them before we had the dogs. We killed 60 one year and 62 the next.

The one laying on the ground at the left end looks like a coydog to me. His face says Husky more than yote and he appears to be noticeably bigger than the others.

Hey Gern my buddy said it was Fairfield county and a few weeks back which we had no snow here the first couple weeks of february.
He said the guys that do it cover a big area and break up in groups.
Nice to see that many dead yotes, bet it was fun.

It can be done...just need enough guys to push and block depending on the section you are in.

Exact thing I thought. definitely looks like something that got lost running the Iditarod

Kinda like this one i caught this yr.
I have caught alot of different color phase yotes.
They all look better dead.
