Most of the major water ways and lakes are public, so if birds arrive it only takes about 2-3 days of skybusting and hail calling every bird before they find a refuge or move further south. Waterfowl hunting in central Ohio is a pain in the ass honestly, on a side note drive around in the evenings, do your homework and line a few private spots up to bounce between and you could do okay.
