Well I needed to kill something and I know it is a High fence Operation but went on a Boar hunt. I miss out and so much deer hunting and for what it cost I have meat for Laura and I and based on the cost it is cheaper then if I went to a butcher shop and bought the same weight. Plus you have the fun.

I need to take it to the processor tomorrow but I went out and cut a chunk out tonight and grilled it, Laura and I loved it. :smiley_bbq:

Congrats ! I'm gonna be a bit two faced here I suppose, though I'm no fan of hunting deer behind a fence, I'd be thrilled to hunt down mr porky in that manner.

I like it. Won't knock you at all. I think I would have had a ball shooting a high fence pig. Especially would have enjoyed it if the hog was as big as the one in your picture! Congrats.

I am Curious. Difficult hunt? Mostly guaranteed? 10'x10' enclosure? 10 mile x 10 mile area? No shame either way as I enjoy saving money too. Shooting your own pig and getting savings is a win win.
