It's ok. Just lots of people that feel passionate about the subject. I've leased. Have buddies that lease. And plan to lease again. It's just a topic that a lot of people feel one way or another about, and on the internet that generates discussion both civil and heated. Here on TOO we don't really allow lease brokers to post ads. That is people selling leases. Mainly because it's a topic people either agree with or hate and we don't want to get in the middle of it. We don't want to piss off half of people at the expense of letting some random guy sell some leases. Plus those lease sellers are here for one reason and it's not to become a contributing member of the forum it's just to sell their leases. We talk about leases all the time and have a lot of members that lease. But people buying or selling leases always brings some stuff conversation.
