WTB Looking for Marlin Model 60 parts

I'm repairing an old Marlin model 60 .22 that I found in the basement and need some parts. I need a magazine tube and the rod that pushes the rounds through the tube. I also need a front trigger guard screw and a rear sight elevator. This is the older model by the way. It might be a long shot but I figured somebody might have some parts laying around, and I would rather not spend a bunch of money buying new parts with the shape this gun is in. Let me know if you have any of those and give me a price. Thanks

I checked eBay and there is a magazine tube on there but it is for the new style. Does anybody know if the tubes are interchangeable between the old style and the new style? From what I've seen they should be but I'm not sure.
