Button Buck Tenderloin

I don't know if it's an official recipe, but this is how I cooked it and it was delicious. :smiley_bril:

2 hours in the oven at 350 with the loin cut up into chunks and covered with BBQ sauce. I used a glass baking dish, lined with foil and covered with foil. I've cooked other meats this way and it always comes out tender and moist.

This was the most satisfying meal that I've had in a long time.
Killed it myself, cooked it myself and it was delicious. :smiley_blink:
