Decided to shoot a bit tonight while I was smokin my gear. Sure glad I did. Come to find out, my lighted nocks (nocturnals) add five yards at 30_35 yards. I was shooting 35 yards and my shots were all low. Moved in to 30 yards with my regular nocks. Everything was fine. Shot my nocturnals at 30 yards, aiming at 35. Dead center. So if I use my lighted nocks, I have to adjust accordingly. I think for Saturday morning I'll use the nocks that came with my arrows. Glad I figured this out now.

Your only talking a MAX 15 grain difference. I would be checking your nock fit on them

Nocks fit tight. Not sure why the difference other than eight. Shooting 400 Easton full metal jacket. 100 grain field heads and broad heads.

Dustin, I believe what Milo is talking about is how your nock fits on the string.. If its a loose fit that could be why you are shooting low.

If that's the case Ill have to take another look tonight. It does seat a little different, but still seemed tight. Thanks for the heads up.
