I shot my first deer of the season last night

The other day I noticed deer tracks in the garden
Some of the peas and cabage showed signs of tooth marks

So yesterday I borrowed a paint ball gun
A nice full auto design
My nefue filled it with compressed air and showed me how it worked

Last night about 11 PM
I looked out the window and could see a doe eating pea plants again

I slid the screen up 2 or 3 inchs
Turned on the red dot sight , stuck the barrel outside and took aim

The garden is about 50' from the house

So I aimed center deer and pulled the trigger

Not sure how many paint balls hit the doe
I empty the paint ball rifle real quick

I am not sure how many times I hit her before she made it to the field
But she sure ran fast

So if you are around Genoa Ohio and see a deer with Yellow and Orange spots from a paint ball gun
You will know my aim was true

I am sure the paint balls hurt some
But I didn't want to kill her
Just to protect the garden

I am pretty sure she will not be back any time soon

Haha that's good there.. You may have marked her for when season comes around. You could get to shoot any arrow at that same doe is the paint marks stay.
