I injected Kody's with Cajun Creole Butter and deep fried it at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Came out pretty dang good. Just be sure to let it sit for a while after to let the juices flow.
Usually it's about 3 minutes per pound, but the wild turkey cooked a little quicker than a butter ball. Maybe because of thin skin? Not sure, but it was tasty!
Soak one half of breast in mesquite marinade for a day or two . Cook in crock pot all day then shred it and mix with sweet baby rays BBQ sauce . Put that on a decent bun and top with Cole slaw and a splash of hot sauce
Breast turn to nuggets and cook they legs 8 hrs in crock pot with chicken stock or broth, then shred off bone and put that in homemade noodle and some biscuit and mashed tater. Damn good chit
