The News said since we had a hard long winter and a short spring warm up the pollin is going to be severe this year. Sorry for you guys with sinus problems. My honey controls my sinus problems for the last 7 years. Before this I was a worst case with on going sinus infections. In 1977 the ear-nose-throat Doctor sent me to the Rocky Mountains for 6 weeks to get away from the Ohio pollution. After that it was just one infection after another until I started the Honey once a day 7 years ago. Ever since it's been bearable.
