Map of State meat choices

Interesting. If anyone finds the State that prefers Mountain Oysters (bull balls) let me know. I just love them and get them every trip to SD. As long as they are deep fried. LOL

It's Montana. Must be a State that enjoys fine foods. LOL

Now that's cool and I'll put it on my list of things to do.
Have you ever had turkey? They used to have them at the gunclub on meeting night. Awesome.
When we shot PD's in SD the ranch always had a spring roundup for giving the calves shots,branding, and de-nutting. After we was done the ranch owners mother always did a fresh killed mountain oyster deep fry.
It was so funning that a group from WI was on their 3rd helping and he asked where they got fresh oysters this good from. When told they were the testicles cut off the calves today he throwup everything on the spot and went to bed sick. Funny as hell. But it worked out for the best as we had more for ourselves.
The good old days. It seems every good restaurant in those small SD towns had mountain oysters on the menu.
