Thinking about upgrading my farm tractor. At this point checking if there any interest among TOO forum members
I have a Ford 420 30 HP light duty industrial tractor. I believe it's a 1973. I bought it from a friend in 2002 who installed a new Ford diesel crate motor. He went through the transmission, breaks, and new yellow paint job. I put on new rear lugged tires.
Runs good. I believe the 12 Volt alternator is out. Since I only use it once per month to move hay bales I just charge the battery every couple of months. Should be a easy fix.
There's a frontend loader that goes with it but missing parts to install.
I'm looking a newer tractor with a frontend loader.
