How Odd Is This?

Last night I pulled into my driveway at around 8:00 PM, right after we had just received 2-3 bands of heavy rain from the strong storms moving through, and the wind on the back side was just starting up, very gusty, and there was a mature doe and two fawns eating crabapples under a tree in my yard! I just found it very odd that they were out in the worse weather possible eating rather than being hunkered down somewhere.

I think nasty weather has less impact on an animal the lives outside 365 than it does on those of us that live in shelter:)

We say "I wouldn't be out in this shit" only because we have a choice, they don't know any different

JESSIE, I was typing at same time as you:)

I saw 5 bucks on the way home from work last night in 25 mph winds.... Wind didn't seem too bother them one bit.... Of course they weren't mature by any means but they were searching for a hot doe.....
