Portable Reloading Bench

I ran across this idea and modified it to my liking. This is a Black & Decker Workmate ($49) and I purchased the 1" plywood at Menards, along with the oak boards for the sides and shelf at the back. I built the shelf at the back, so it was high enough to read my scale with ease. Plus, I wanted some sides at the back for small item storage. I used large carriage bolts with thick fender washers for the strength of bolting it down to the work bench surface. Just put the table top on the work bench (location to your liking) and mark the holes to be drilled. I put a clear coat of urethane on it after it was completed.

The portability works great if it's too cold/hot to work in the garage, I can bring it in the house and not make a mess out of the kitchen table. Also, I've had to show others how to get started reloading and the folding down/portability works great too. :smiley_bril:
