The GF hit a buck this morning
Not hunting , but on the way home with her Mini Van
Head and some of the neck trashed ( along with the front of the van)
But the body was untouched
My question
I am going to make patties
I will freeze them and vacume seal 2 to the pack
What do you between the patties to freeze them ?
So you can get them apart while still frozen
Wax Paper ?
I normaly just freeze 1 lb chuncks , not premade patties

OH BTW the rack was all broken
So no Idea how it was
But it was 80 lb after skinning , Feild dressed and the head & part of the neck removed
