I never got a reply to it after I sent him were I was hunting,,I was told the DNR gave a farmer 200 crop damage permits over the past 2 summers

That is just plain crazy right there. Bet they will only give him 75 tags next year to help raise the local populations back up for ya.

Bunch of BS. Farmer probably turned right around and turn in the crop damage (by coon) to the insurance anyway and got paid for it and shot as many deer as he wanted in the process.
