It will give a black eye to hunters although it doesn't sound like this guy was a "hunter". No hunting license. Shooting at a deer in Walmart parking lot with a handgun? What an idiot.

Based on the info in the article the guys a menace and needs removed from society for a while and not be allowed too own a gun.... You can add banning him from owning a hunting license as well but don't think that'll stop him either..

You fort to ban him from Walmart J.

That's not far from where Big Bro and I are drilling!

* Maybe he was really hungry and needed something to eat. :smiley_crocodile:
* Maybe he's on eastern standard time and thought it was still dark enough for him to poach the deer without anyone noticing.
* Maybe things were a little slow and uneventful and he thought he'd spice things up a bit.
* Maybe he had a hunting license, but forgot to bring it with him...in all of the excitement of running and gunning.
* Maybe the deer was from Ohio and he knew it was trespassing and had to be exterminated. (Ohio deer can be identified by the "O" under their tail.)
* Maybe the deer crossed his path and to undo the curse, he had to back up and go around the deer's path...NO wait, that's a cat. Never mind.
* Maybe this guy's balls are bigger than his brain.
* Maybe his Klingon cloaking device wasn't working and he didn't think anyone could see him.
* Maybe if he would've had his PJs on, nobody at Walmart would've noticed him at all.
* Maybe he felt it was his civic duty to protect the general public from dangerous game animals.
* Maybe he was trying to see how many violations one person could rack up in a single day.
* Maybe he's under a lot of stress at work and just needed to vent, under his counselor's suggestion.
* Maybe he's going through a divorce and was just taking his frustration out on the deer.
* Maybe if... Ahh...the heck with it...just fry the dumb ass!

I hate to generalize, but most of the out of state (or area) morons we get down here are PA/Cleveland Italians. This guy fits the mold...
